Attracting Early-Career Legal Talent
Clyde & Co sought to attract early-career legal talent to their Paralegal Academy through a series of engaging events, including Virtual Insight Days, in-person Insight Days in Manchester, and online campaigns. The aim was to position Clyde & Co as a leading choice for aspiring legal professionals while increasing attendance and engagement at these events.
TapIn Media collaborated with Clyde & Co to create dynamic and authentic content for TikTok and Snapchat. Using user-generated content (UGC) from current paralegals and lawyers, we crafted compelling video assets featuring motion graphics, voiceovers, and creative edits. These videos highlighted the benefits of the Paralegal Academy, showcasing real-life experiences and Clyde & Co’s culture. Through paid media campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat, we strategically targeted aspiring legal talent, driving registrations and engagement.
The campaign significantly increased event participation and engagement. A record-breaking 60+ attendees joined the Virtual Insight Day, and the Manchester Insight Day reached full capacity with a waiting list for the first time.
