They wanted to recruit 300 cabin crew members to meet the surging demand for air travel in the post-COVID era.
Easyjet is one of Europe’s leading short-haul airlines, revolutionising European air travel by allowing passengers to book cheap flights. The post-COVID travel era was set to be a challenge, and the clock was ticking – we had just one month to produce an high-driving influencer-led campaign that could deliver these results.
In response to the challenge, we devised an ingenious, data-driven influencer strategy that would target diverse audiences on their favourite platforms. Collaborating with influencers, we crafted advice-driven content reminiscent of TikTok-style videos to directly recruit for easyJet. Leveraging travel and lifestyle influencers, our campaign did more than just fill vacancies; it reshaped perceptions about working for a low-cost airline.
