THE ASK

To raise awareness and drive applications for their graduate and apprentice positions.

TJX, the parent company of renowned brands TK Maxx and Homesense, faced a challenge: raising awareness and driving applications for their graduate and apprentice positions across various departments, from Tech and IT to Merchandising and buying. They also sought to dispel the misconception that TK Maxx was solely about clothing retail; it’s a global company with diverse career opportunities.

THe Solution

In response, we assembled a dynamic team of 10 diverse influencers, each targeting a specific open role. They embarked on a journey to produce captivating content like “What I would wear if I worked at TJX,” leveraging trending TikTok styles such as the “main character energy” trend. The influencers breathed life into these roles, making them relatable and exciting for our target audience. To add a personal touch, we sent the influencers some TJX merchandise to incorporate into their content, allowing them to truly step into the role.

The Impact

The results were nothing short of phenomenal. We successfully filled all their open positions, resulting in one of their most diverse graduate and apprentice cohorts to date.
